Returns & Cancellations (EU/IE compliant)
Cooling-off (EU/EEA): If your order is delivered within the EU/EEA, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to cancel without giving any reason. To exercise this right, email good.day.adm@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement of cancellation.
Condition of goods: Please handle items only as necessary to inspect them. Returns do not require the original packaging, but you may be liable for any diminished value resulting from unnecessary handling.
Exclusions: The 14-day cooling-off does not apply to custom or clearly personalized products. Gift cards are non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty goods.
Return shipping costs: Unless we state otherwise here, you will bear the cost of return shipping for cancellations under the 14-day right. For goods that cannot be returned by post in the normal way, we will arrange collection at our expense.
How to return: After you contact us, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without a return authorisation.
Refunds: We will refund within 14 calendar days from the day you inform us of your cancellation; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Faulty or not as described (statutory rights): If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Irish and EU law (repair, replacement, or refund). Contact good.day.adm@gmail.com and we will resolve it in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
